Feadship Academy
The pursuit of mastery never stops

Being great at the job is just the beginning. Across every yard, Feadship Academy brings crew face to face with the specialists who build and maintain our yachts, turning hands-on skill into a standard every Feadship can rely on.

A masterclass in teak
On the second floor of Feadship's 5,500 sqm carpentry shop in Amsterdam, crew from Paraffin, Promise., Les Cinq and Drizzle gathered for the Academy's first masterclass in teak — a day spent sanding, caulking and debating the finer points of deck maintenance under the eye of Feadship's own specialists.
By the end of the day, one lesson had settled: sand with the grain, not against it. A small detail, and a complete reversal of what every one of them had been taught before.

Built for new builds and refits
Feadship Academy's workshops are currently held on-site and offered exclusively to crew spending time at the yard during a new build or refit. It is a natural pairing, the same yards, the same specialists, the same standards that shape every Feadship extended to the people who will care for it at sea.
The ambition is to grow beyond the yard entirely, eventually offering these workshops to crew via a dedicated operational platform.
