First look at Project 828

Feadship has unveiled 89.60-metre Project 828. Designed around a brief that prioritised flexibility, the yacht brings together spaces for both active living and relaxation within a highly adaptable onboard environment. One of the defining characteristics of the design is her unusually long bow, which was developed to optimise the allocation of exterior deck spaces. This decision shifted the yacht’s volume aft and inspired the strong horizontal lines that define her profile.
The interior, designed by RWD, is characterised by soft, flowing lines that create a cohesive experience throughout the guest and owner areas.
“From the earliest concept sketches to the very last detail, bringing this project together has been a genuine pleasure,” says David Waite-Wright, Senior Associate Designer at RWD. “Our partnership with Feadship is rooted in experience, expertise and deep trust, a foundation that allows us to refine and evolve each project further with every collaboration.”
The exterior styling reflects Feadship’s forward-looking design philosophies and was developed through close collaboration between the client, Studio De Voogt and the wider project team. The layout was carefully refined to create generous circulation and a natural flow throughout the yacht.
“We refined the language with a very strong vertical bow and an emphasis on the long structural lines of the decks,” says Matt Bacon, Lead Designer at Studio De Voogt. “The mast has a very strong character to balance the volumes of the superstructure.”
“This project reflects an intimately close collaboration between the private client and the unified project team,” says Sales Director Maarten Jansen. “The client had a precise vision for a unique, full custom Feadship, and we are extremely proud of the result.”
