This is New Horizon L
New Horizon L was built for one of the most celebrated Dutch businessmen of the 20st century, Abraham van Leeuwen, Prince de Lignac. This enigmatic entrepreneur and philanthropist was determined to have only the very best. Van Leeuwen brought together Frits de Voogt and Jon Bannenberg to combine what he called “the alluring dreams of the future with the safe force of tradition.” He also asked Italian designer and decorator Luigi Sturcchio to turn her into “one of the most luxurious and beautiful yachts that ever existed… if not THE most beautiful ship in the world.”
