Positive vibes at successful Monaco show
There’s always a buzz in the air at the Monaco show as the superyacht world comes together in this iconic location for a week of business and pleasure. This year’s event was no exception, with the Feadship stand being one of the bustling hubs of the event.
Many people came to our stand to take part in the Carte Blanche experience and discover their Feadship DNA via the touchscreen survey. The live sketching sessions by the master designers from Feadship’s Studio De Voogt attracted a lot of attention as invited guests had their ideas translated into visual form. We were also impressed with the large number of visitors asking whether we had the brand-new edition of PILOT magazine ready. We did, of course, and we have also launched an online spin-off, now available here.
VIP Lounge
Away from the busyness of the show, the serenity of the Feadship VIP lounge at the Thermes Marins wellness facility was much appreciated by our clients. Lunch was served at this oasis of peace and a wide range of other services was on the menu for guests, including the chance to take a tender safari to see all the Feadships docked in and around the show.
Thermes Marins was the perfect backdrop too for an intimate Feadship owner’s dinner and a beautiful place to check out the l’heure bleue at an exclusive cocktail event we hosted on the Friday evening.
Air
Whatever time of the day or night people stood on the Feadship lounge balcony to overlook the show, the Feadship on display – Air – certainly stood out from the crowd. Many thanks to the owner and crew of this superb Feadship for allowing us to publically showcase such a prime example of pure custom creation.
Captains & Crew Party
A special mention also for all who attended the annual Feadship Captains and Crew Party the night before the show. Tickets are always in high demand for this event and the way people dressed up for the occasion added to the flavour of a very special evening.
