Terms and Conditions for Feadship events

These Terms and Conditions apply to all attendees of any Feadship Event. By participating in the Feadship Event, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.



1. Feadship Event Participation

  • Attendees must follow all instructions given by the Feadship Event organizers and staff.
  • The Feadship Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the Feadship Event premises for any reason, including but not limited to behavior that is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe.

2. Ticketing and Entry

  • All tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise specified.
  • Attendees must present a valid ticket to gain entry to the Feadship Event.
  • The Feadship Event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

3. Liability and Disclaimer

  • Personal Injury: Attendees participate in the Feadship Event at their own risk. The Feadship Event organizers, sponsors, and venue are not liable for any injury, illness, or harm that may occur during the Feadship Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
  • Property Damage or Loss: The Feadship Event organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to the Feadship Event. Attendees are advised to take care of their belongings and not leave them unattended.
  • Third-Party Services: The Feadship Event may include services provided by third parties. The Feadship Event organizers are not responsible for the actions, products, or services of third-party vendors or service providers.
  • Force Majeure: The Feadship Event organizers are not liable for any delay, interruption, or cancellation of the Feadship Event due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or public health emergencies.

4. Health and Safety

  • Attendees must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by the Feadship Event organizers, including but not limited to any rules related to hygiene, distancing, and protective measures.
  • In the event of a medical emergency, please contact Feadship Event staff immediately. However, the Feadship Event organizers do not provide medical services and are not responsible for any medical emergencies that may arise during the Feadship Event.

5. Photography and Media

  • Feadship reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any Feadship Event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Feadship may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Feadship including, but not limited to, brochures, invitations, books, newsletters, magazines, social media posts, websites, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.
  • A person attending a Feadship Event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the Feadship Event organisers, and/or contact Feadship at Events@feadship.nl, about their intentions and include one photograph. Feadship will use the photo for identification purposes only and will hold it in confidence.
  • By participating in a Feadship Event or by failing to notify Feadship in writing your desire to not have your photograph used by Feadship, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Feadship from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
  • Any person or organisation not affiliated with Feadship may not use, copy, alter or modify Feadship’s photographs, graphics, videography or other similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorised designee from Feadship.
  • Feadship reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the Feadship Event as required, such as adjusting the locations, timings, or content of the Feadship Event. This is to ensure that we always deliver a safe and excellent experience for all guests.

6. Code of Conduct

  • All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • The Feadship Event organizers reserve the right to remove anyone from the Feadship Event premises who violates the Code of Conduct without refund.
  • Feadship encourages participants to enjoy alcohol responsibly. Feadship reserves the right to refuse entry and/or service to attendees who are, or appear to be, intoxicated.
  • Feadship operates a zero-tolerance policy on drugs.

7. Amendments

  • The Feadship Event organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to attendees and will be effective immediately.

8. Acceptance of Terms

  • By participating in the Feadship Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
