The 79.50-metre Valor has been recognised with the Technology & Innovation Award at the 2025 YCM Explorer Awards in Monaco. With her hybrid propulsion system, silent running capabilities and advanced battery technology, Valor sets a new benchmark for combining performance with environmental responsibility. The use of HVO biofuel further confirms her role as a credible step forward in the energy transition and one of the most environmentally responsible Feadships to date.

Accepting the award, the owner remarked: “We have 5.34MW of electrical energy on board which makes it one of the most eco-friendly yachts on the planet. It’s incredible and we are very honoured to be here at the YCM.”

The YCM Explorer Awards are organised by Yacht Club de Monaco under the High Patronage of HSH Prince Albert II. Now in their fifth edition, the awards honour yachts that go beyond leisure to serve as platforms for exploration, science and awareness. An international jury of experts in maritime affairs, innovation and the environment selects winners in categories that highlight responsibility and forward thinking in yachting.
