About Tradewinds

Between 1960 and 1962 Feadship built three of these mahogany motor sailing yachts for the American market. The type name became Tradewinds. The mainsail contained the letter T. It was advertised with the slogan: “Tradewinds combines the extra living comfort of the motor cruiser with the sea-easiness of a keel hull.” They carry the numbers 576, 577 and 578.
